Update from Edmonton Soccer Centers (boarded facilities):
"While we understand that, as of 11:59pm on February 13, the Government of Alberta lifted its masking requirement for children in schools and youth aged 12 and under outside of schools, the City of Edmonton’s Face Mask Bylaw is still in effect and requires that all individuals entering our facilities, aged 2 and up, are still required to wear their face masks.
As a reminder, face masks may be removed when:
· On the field playing sport (players must still wear masks when entering the facility and when in public areas)
· Consuming food or drinking in designated areas only (seated)
We kindly ask that everyone come prepared to wear a mask."
"With the Province of Alberta moving to Step 2 - Easing Public Health Measures the Edmonton Soccer Centers have lifted their requirements for capacity limits at their facilities. More than one spectator per participant is now permitted."
